The build at Palmerston Court has progressed rapidly in the last month.
The reinforced concrete backwall and floor to the Energy Centre has been installed. On the houses themselves, the walls are now up to the second floor and it is programmed for the roof trusses to be on in the next few weeks. Allied to the commencement of the external stone walls and all apertures in place, the houses are becoming more recognisable as the beautiful properties in a quite stunning location that they will soon become.
In addition, the old accommodation block at the harbourside has been demolished and the site is now being prepared for the start of the new iconic apartment building – Anchorage Apartments.
